At ZIMMZ BAR-B-Q LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience. Because our store includes both consumable food products and merchandise, different return rules apply depending on the item purchased.
Barbecue Sauce & Consumable Products
Due to the consumable nature of food products, ZIMMZ BAR-B-Q SAUCE is final sale and not eligible for return once purchased.
Refunds for Damaged or Expired Products
We offer refunds only if a product arrives damaged or expired at the time of delivery, provided the order was purchased directly from ZIMMZBBQ.COM.
To be eligible for a refund:

Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Merchandise (Hats, T-Shirts, Apparel)
We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges (when inventory allows) within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Orders returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
